Drop me a line before checkout or contact me ASAP if you have a deadline by which you need to receive your order.

Many of my orders are shipped with tracking. If I see the order is listed as "delivered" to the address given there is unfortunately not much else I can do. I can give advice however!  If you cannot find your package I would check with your local post office, nearby neighbors, and random places around your home. 

If it is lost or stolen, a refund is not possible unless you requested/paid for insurance be put on your package or it was shipped priority.

If you would like insurance, please let me know and I will invoice you for the additional shipping amount. Insuring your order pretty much safeguards you from the above [where we talked about your stolen package.] 

Your order will be wrapped and shipped in a bubble mailer or box.
